Shipping & Returns

Shipping and handling

Fast and accurate shipping is the very essence of Cable Sales USA. We have shipping contracts with Canada's large couriers (Purolator, UPS, FedEX, Canpar) as well as Canada Post.

We ship most orders by Canada Post Expedited, however we reserve the right to substitute another courier (with the same level of service). If you have shipping preferences or requirements, please state them when placing your order- we are more than happy to help!

Our website is connected to Canada Post's online shipping tools so shipping estimates are usually quite accurate. We do not add any additional charge for handling or packaging materials. In certain rare circumstances, the shipping costs can be far greater than we quote. In these cases, we will contact you prior to shipping your order. Whenever possible we will provide you with a tracking number for your order. All shipping times are estimates and depend on Canada Post as well as product availability. Most orders will ship out on the same business day, however please allow for 1-2 days processing. All of our products are in stock, and are removed from our website when we run out. Shipping times are a guideline- they do not have any on-time guarantees. Once a package has been shipped by Cable Sales USA, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur.

Warehouse Pickup

Our warehouse is located on Lawrence ave. just east of the DVP in Toronto. We're open for pickups Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 5:00pm. All pickup orders must be placed online, as we are unable to handle walk-in customers. You will receive an email when your order is ready, which is usually within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please wait for your confirmation email before coming to pick up to ensure all products are in stock. You will receive your pickup number and instructions by email when your order is ready.

International orders

Please email us your address and shopping cart contents and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote.


Cables have a 1-year warranty except where otherwise noted in the product description, and optical cables which have a 30-day warranty. Custom cables are non-returnable. All non-cable products carry a 30-day warranty. Returned products must be in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns. To return a product, please contact us using the “Contact Us” page and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You will need to provide us with your order number, the product that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We cannot accept any returns without an RMA number.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.

Please return the product along with all packing materials, manuals, CDs, media, cables and anything else included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer. Incomplete returns will not be processed, and our return policy will not be honored if a return is improperly packaged, incomplete, altered or physically damaged.

We alone have sole discretion as to how a credit/refund will be processed. We may issue a refund, credit, replacement, exchange or repair.

All returned products are tested for quality and functionality. Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Because all returned products are inspected and tested, please allow 10 business days for us to process your return.

Limitation of liability

The maximum liability to you for products purchased is limited to the purchase price you paid for the products. Cable Sales USA is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect or incidental damages.
